Recorded live in Tel Aviv, Arabandi emerged from the meeting of exceptionally gifted international musicians from diverse eastern cultures - Persian, Arabic, Hindustani - with a desire to explore the common roots of these traditions and their instruments. In contrast to other musical encounters between East and West, Arabandi is a unique fusion of East and East.
